We are currently seeking

Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Description

Month-end closing at each month
Timely, complete & accurate submission of accounting & management reports to management
Monthly review and confirmation of inter-company billings
Monthly breakdown of direct charges, variance & expenses
Assist the Finance Manager in developing & implementing action plans to meet region’s financial objectives & KPIs
Pro-actively identify & highlight gaps & risks in performances to Finance Manager
Continuous review of work processes to improve speed, efficiency & accuracy
Review of financial information prepared for regional representative offices
Assist to prepare finalised audit & tax computations
Coordinate & review for submission of government surveys
Ensure compliance with Corporate policies, US-GAAP, legal, statutory, tax and Sarbane-Oxley (SOX) requirements
Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior.

Requirements

Diploma, ACCA or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
At least 3 – 5 years experience
Experienced in using MS Office tools (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is an advantage
Have good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Good team player
