ACCOUNTANT

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts and annual reports.
Ensure accurate and smooth month-end closing of the subsidiaries under stringent deadline.
Involved in group financial consolidation, reporting and analysis
To administer annual budget and forecast activities, coordinate and support local and foreign subsidiaries in all finance related matter.
Assist in the review and formulation of financial and accounting policies, procedures and internal controls. Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures.
Management reporting including Cashflow planning.
Ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards and practices
Liaise with the auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and compliance.
Participate in projects undertaken by the department

Requirements:

Bachelor in Accountancy, ACCA equivalent, CPA Singapore with a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in MNC and with some exposure in auditing.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting Software
Sound knowledge of Financial accounting standards, taxation standards and relevant statutory requirements
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
