ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day account servicing efforts for several accounts. Reporting to Account Manager, Account Executive/Senior Account Executive will be a key contact between account servicing, technical and operational team leaders and represents all to provide the highest quality of work in time and budget. The Account Executive/Senior Account Executive will enhance existing client relationships; supervise team activities and will be responsible for overall account servicing.

Specific Duties

To oversee and manage client marketing programs, takes a proactive role in account planning, development, tracking and measurements:

Key account representative for the company and Clients
Services Client on day-to-day basis to ensure all deliverables are met
Plan and design promotions, manage implementation and reporting
Managing program reports, documents and presentations
Maintaining overall quality control on deliverables

Position Requirements

Minimum 2 year work experience
Degree/Diploma in business or marketing or equivalent qualifications in Database Marketing or Loyalty marketing preferred
Must have excellent client handling skills including oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Understands all aspects of marketing program management with ability to conceptualize, develop, execute and measure promotions
Able to work with various teams such as technical, operations and external agencies
Experience in online campaigns, events, microsites, DMs for acquisition and activation programs will be a definite advantage
Able to start work immediately
