Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Data entry into accounting system
Process invoice, cheques, petty cash, claims and etc
Bank reconciliation, GST filing and etc
Generating monthly reports
Other adhoc duties assigned
Handle full sets of account
Filing

Requirements:

Diploma in Accountancy, CAT, Acca certificate or equivelant
Must have at least 1 – 2 years experience
Able to use MS Excel and Word is a must
Preferred with experience in ubs
Responsible & hardworking
Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Full Set of Account

Issue invoice, Credit Note & Filing
All Billing need to post into Account System everyday
Debt Recovery
Payment coming from Debtor need to photocopy customer’s cheque and input data to UBS system as well as inform Director of this payment
Knock off bill from Debtors account/Supplier account in UBS system
Invoice need to amend frequently
Print Statement of account to all Customers and send out by post or by e mail.
Issue Purchase Order to Supplier to Press order
Invoices come from supplier want to input system
Issue Cheque to all payment & payroll
Double check Petty Cash claim
Payment input to system
Prepare GST & Filing GST
Do Accrued
Do backlog
Do P&L
Month end closing
