Account Executive

Job Description

• Perform full set of accounts
• To manage overall financial & management accounting functions
• Ensure prompt submission of financial report to management
• Do monthly stock reconciliation, daily & weekly sales reports & cash book update.
• Preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earnings, cash balances and other financial results.
• Liaise with auditors, tax, legal advisors & shared service providers
• Perform financial analysis & review to aid in management decision making
• Provide review & improve internal controls

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in Peachtree would be highly preferable
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Independent, hardworking, meticulous and a team player
• Able to work under pressure
• Well versed in both Mandarin & English

Others

• Salary fully depends on experience.
• Working Location: Town
• Able to commence work immediately
• 5 days work week (9am-6pm)
