In cooperation with a multinational company in Telecommunication Industry, PT. Dian Graha Elektrika is looking for expatriate candidates to join our team which will be assigned in the projects of P.T. Nokia Siemens Network.
2G Optimisation Engineer Leader
Responsibilities:
- Network Planning Optimization is responsible to optimize network condition and Traffic Management for Nokia Siemens Networks system for Telkomsel network implementation projects.
- As leader is to coordinate between Optimization Team and interface to the project, customer, and NSN Head Quarters (HQ).
- This project is to solve the Telkomsel 2G Backlog Acceptance sites.
- Work Location Regional Office in Indonesia
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication /Electrical Engineering with good academically record
- Having experiences in the similar position in Telecommunication Company for 4-5 years
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Collaboration skills
- Customer service orientation
- Integrity and credibility
- Planning and organizing skills
- Problem solving skills
- Some experience in communicating with different groups/teams
- Must be a team player, while maintaining high individual contribution to the team
- Ethical attributes, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and creative traits are needed.
- Should be flexible in attitude as well as open in expressing emotions with superiors.
- Must be open to travel extensively throughout India at short notice.
- Must be responsible, self motivated, and expected to take many decisions for project and the department without constant supervision.
- Should be respectful and sensitive to people from other cultures and countries.
- Should have leadership skill and able to supervise others.
