How can i get a michael jackson costume?

Im 14 years old. Im a girl and i love michael jackson =) anyway i thought it would be fun to make a michael jackson outift because of his awesome fashion. Any ideas. I wanted to do his army jacket thingy with all the sparkles but where would i get it? Help =/
