What are other good credit card companies besides CHASE?

I have a Chase Visa and a Chase Master. And I don't want to deal with Chase anymore. I found their customer service to be awful!

So tell me, what credit card companies would you recommend other than Chase, and why?

How about your local credit union. Credit unions offer low rates on credit cards. My credit union offers visa and mastercard at 7.9% with no annual fee. Credit unions are non profit and owned by their members. Membership can be obtained through job, family, community or association. Check it out.
