Will Republicans accept the election results if Obama is declared the winner?

mo in the middle Or will the election be decided in the courts again?
2old; you would sacrifice democracy for security? How sad.

Mike Zion:
Yes! I don't think the election is going to be as close. I think Obama is going to win comfortably.

Shouldn't this Q be posted in Jokes & Riddles?

Surely you jest. This is the Congress and the Presidency, this is not the Student Council. This is for real power, real money, real impact on history. You seem to be expecting people to act like adults about that? Would you mind sharing that controlled substance you are smoking?

It is not that power corrupts; it is that those who seek power are already corrupt. These two candidates started out by promising a clean campaign with no hitting below the belt. You see the results: They both have bite marks on their thighs and unfriendly hickeys on their necks. If it goes to the Supreme court, you can bet dollars to donuts that neither one of them is going to throw in the towel like Gore did.

Yes, because we'll do whatever we need to do to save our country from....

1. ....loss of the war on terror, as Obama will abandon it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know he says he'll stay on it, but he's not believable, because he is a Democrat, and therefore inherently weak.

2. ...economic stagnation. We are entering a recessionary period. Obama's Keynesian theories of political economy would normally work to spur an economic recovery, in an environment in which the govt could deficit-spend. The events of the last few months will prevent that. They only thing that can spur a recovery now is a supply-side economic policy. No way will Obama ever do that, as it is against his marxist dogma. Therefore, the economy will stagnate for the next four years.... won't go up, or down.

3. ...leftist social policy. With Obama, we'll abdicate free-world leadership to the EU. His economic policies will be stagnant. Therefore, Obama's attention will turn toward leftist social policy like gay marriage, resurgence of the Welfare State, and Socialized Medicine. All of which Republicans oppose.

Therefore, yes, The Republicans will do everything, including court, to forestall surrender, stagnation, and socialism. (21st Century version of "Rum, Romanism, and Rebellion").
