When did Muse songs start to become associated with the Twilight series?
For example, the song Time is Running Out is somehow related to one of the characters in Twilight??
How and when did this happen? I have been a fan of Muse for a few years now, but this connection to Twilight is new to me.

Steph Meyer listened to them a lot (other bands too) while she wrote the books. They inspired her and were her Muse(s). If you go to her site, many of their songs are featured on her playlists that go along with the books.

Also, Stephenie Meyer's book, Twilight, is being made into a movie and the soundtrack for it includes several Muse songs.

Stephenie Meyer has acknowledged Muse in all of her books. She says they give her inspiration for the story-lines. She began writing them in 2003 so I'd say since them (Sorry if I'm wrong about the year). There are always songs on her playlists from Muse

Stephenie Meyer has been crediting Muse as her main inspiration of Twilight since the series was first released. They have been credited in the back of her books under Acknowledgements. Also, on her website she has posted playlists relating to Twilight and Muse is a constant resident on these playlists.

Okay , So Stephenie Meyer , the author of Twilight , absolutelyloves Muse . She thanks them in the back of her books for inspiration eevery time. They inspired her through their music so did other bands that she likes .
Yeah the connection is probably new , especially if you dont read the books . Thats fine , but they are real good . Muse is on the Twilight Soundtrack which you can look at stepheniemeyer.com .
