NFL FAQ

ESPN has aired NFL Live everyday this offseason and with the same non-important things. They talk about Brett Favre and retiring and who's gonna win the next superbowl. Why do theye do this when they could have things like Baseball Tonight. Do you agree that it's unnessecary to have this one during the offseason?

I'm 30 years old and my height is 5'9. I'm military at this time; however, my time in the military is ending this year. I'm in excellent condition and extremely strong for my size. I currently have the running speed to potentialy play at the NFL level. I'm very competitive. I am skilled on both offense and defense, with defense being my strong side. I have a strong passion for the game.

I'm going to next week's game between the Jets and the Broncos. My dad and I plan to leave early to see the players warm up. Being a huge Broncos fan, I don't get to see the Broncos play up close too many times in New York. What are some tips to get autographs or simply have a chat with NFL players? We'll be in the third row from the field if that helps.

Michael Vick currently has only been given conditional reinstatement by the NFL. He is trying to get full reinstatement from the NFL though. What is the difference between the two?

I have to write a paper on the NFL organization and their executive/managerial strategies. I went to the NFL home site, but they do not have the company history, etc. I googled the NFL and management in many different formats, but have not come up with anything useful. Anyone have any idea where this information might be listed?

With the Arizona Cardinals surprising everyone by appearing in this year's Superbowl for the first time, there still remain a few that have never made that trip. Name the only NFL teams that never appeared in this classic event.

Excluding the draft. What event would land the NFL a front-page article? Would it take a Mitchell's List? Would it take a death (I sure hope not)? What would it take for the 4/2 front page headline (4/1 is April Fool's Day, so I'll skip it) to be about the NFL other than the draft itself? NFL quarterbacks and now selected defensive players have a radio receiver imbedded in their helmets for hearing play calls from the sidelines. What precautions does the league have to prevent someone using a frequency scanner from listening in and relaying the called play to the other team? And, what precautions does the league have to prevent someone in the stands, or even someone miles away, from flooding the frequencies used for the communications with a much stronger signal?
